Developed by Dr. Fields, the Limited Exposure Theory (LET©) offers a coherent explanation as to why certain people face workplace barriers. LeT© suggests that some—most often females and those from disadvantaged backgrounds—lack access to the vital information/knowledge they need to get a job or advance in their careers. The LeT Corporation© offers products and services to assist individual consumers in getting a job or advancing in their careers, and to help organizations hire and promote a diverse workforce. This creates barriers to success, creating the infamous “glass ceiling.”

In response to the findings, Dr. Fields developed the Missing Information Analysis© (MiA©) strategy to help employees with career advancement and assist organizations with creating a diverse, successful workforce.
